Our policy lasts 3 days of receipt of your parcel.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The returns would be only taken in case of product delivered other than ordered i.e. wrong model or wrong design. The return will not be considered if the user doesn’t like the product or has ordered wrong. Return will only be replaced with the same product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Incase, of mistake on part of customer while ordering etc the return will be at the discretion of PkCovers and if accepted the product will have to be shipped back by customer to be eligible for refund or replacement in which case shipping charges will have to be borne by customer.

Note: There is no Color Fade warranty & if broken after receiving
